The strike will halt or severely limit essential services throughout the country, including mooring, tugboats, pilot boats and bunkering barges.

Pilot services at Recalada, managed via Montevideo, Uruguay, will remain unaffected due to Uruguay’s independent strike schedule.

The strike is expected to cause significant delays for shipping and supply chain operations.
