The LNG was delivered using a simultaneous two-truck-to-ship bunkering method, a procedure that recently received approval from the Norwegian Directorate for Civil Protection (DSB).

No additional details have been disclosed, including the volume of LNG supplied or the specific vessel involved.

In December, Havila Kystruten bunkered one of its coastal cruise ships with two separate stems of liquefied biomethane (LBM), one of which was supplied by Barents NaturGass.
