The LNG dual-fuel vessels, Mount Vision and Mount Horizon, are scheduled for delivery in July 2026 and January 2027, respectively, Bruton said.
The tanker firm has received a financing proposal covering 90% of the vessels' construction cost, with tenor of 15 years.
However, it has not revealed the shipyard where the two vessels will be built.
Bruton has also signed a non-binding charter agreement with a “leading global trading house” for the two VLCCs, it added.
The company also holds options for two more LNG dual-fuel newbuilds from Chinese shipbuilder New Times Shipbuilding, with deliveries scheduled for 2029.
