With these new operations, Bunker One now has physical bunkering coverage across the Baltic trading corridor from Skaw through Rostock and Malmo to Tallinn and Finland, the company said.
Bunker One can carry out in-port deliveries of HSFO with maximum 3.5% sulphur content, ULSFO, and LSMGO in the eastern coast of Sweden, southern coast of Finland and Riga, a company spokesperson told ENGINE.
The company said it has fuel storage facilities in Tallinn and carries out deliveries in neighbouring Riga, the spokesperson said.
Deliveries are carried out by a barge, and the company is focused on serving RoRo and general cargo vessels in the region, the spokesperson added.
“The expansion secures direct operational presence in the northern Baltic and enables Bunker One to deliver physical supply with shorter lead times and consistent execution across Estonia, Finland, and surrounding ports,” the official press release said.
