Bunkering was impacted intermittently over the past few weeks due to the dredging operations. The work was aimed at increasing vessel draft limits in certain areas of the port.

This caused bunker delays at the supplier terminals, which are now likely to ease.

Bunkering is now proceeding smoothly in Ceuta, with nine vessels due to arrive for bunkers today, down from 13 vessels yesterday, according to Jose Salama & Co.

Bunker fuel availability is said to be normal there.
