Bunkering remains halted in Zhoushan’s OPL area amid bad weather

Bunker operations at Zhoushan’s Tiaozhoumen and Xiazhimen outer anchorages have been suspended due to adverse weather since Friday, a source says.

Although bunker deliveries briefly resumed this morning, they were halted again in the afternoon. Meanwhile, operations continue smoothly at Zhoushan's Xiushandong anchorage and the inner anchorage of Mazhi.

The port is facing strong wind gusts of 22–29 knots and swells of nearly a meter.

Most suppliers remain uncertain about when bunkering operations will fully resume in the OPL area, a source said.
