The Chinese bunkering hub is currently witnessing strong wind gusts ranging between 24-33 knots and swells of more than a metre.
Bunker operations are likely to resume fully at these anchorages on Thursday, when calmer weather is forecast.
Bad weather conditions have been plaguing Zhoushan recently. Some of its anchorages were suspended for nearly two days in the previous week.
