CEVA Logistics leases four dual-fuel LNG hybrid RoRos

The deal has been signed with CEVA Logistics’ parent company. The four vessels, each having a carrying capacity of 7,000 cars, are being constructed by Chinese shipbuilder China Merchants Jinling Shipyard.
The RoRo vessels “will include both LNG and electric battery capabilities,” CEVA Logistics says.
The first vessel is scheduled for delivery in December, followed by three others in 2024.
Upon completion, the vessels will enable CEVA Logistics “to transport approximately 140,000 vehicles annually,” especially between China and Europe.
