Chimbusco Pan Nation bunkers Royal Caribbean vessel with B24 in Hong Kong

Bunker supplier Chimbusco Pan Nation (CPN) supplied an unspecified amount of B24 biofuel blend to cruise operator Royal Caribbean’s cruise ship, Celebrity Solstice, in Hong Kong.

The ship was bunkered with a B24 biofuel blend consisting of 24% waste-based biofuel and 76% conventional marine fuel. The company has not disclosed details about the conventional fuel used or the delivery method.

This operation marked Celebrity Solstice's first biofuel bunkering in Hong Kong, according to the company.
