Chimbusco Pan Nation gets ISCC certification to deliver biofuels in Hong Kong

It claims to be the first physical bunker supplier in Hong Kong to receive the International Sustainability and Carbon Certification EU (ISCC-EU) for marine biofuel supply

Chimbusco is set to provide biofuel blends in Hong Kong, it said in a social media post. It further added that the company is “actively collaborating” with trading partners to establish an “eco-conscious supply chain” for marine biofuel blends.

Last week, bunker supplier Banle Energy said it supplied a B24 biofuel blend to a tanker in a Hong Kong port, likely marking the first biofuel bunkering operation conducted in Hong Kong.

Banle Energy partnered with Hong Kong-based biofuel supplier ASB Biodiesel and fuel supplier Seven Seas Oil to carry out the first B24 operation.
