Container ship completes maiden LNG bunkering in Shanghai

Singapore-based shipping firm Pacific International Lines (PIL) has bunkered its first LNG dual-fuel container ship with 8,000 cbm of LNG.

Bunker supplier Shanghai SIPG Energy Service (SSES) supplied the container vessel, Kota Eagle, with 8,000 cbm (3,200 mt) of LNG in Shanghai's Yangshan port.
The bunker vessel Hai Gang Wei Lai carried out the ship-to-ship bunkering operation.
