The 1,250-TEU vessel, DP World London, was delivered in April 2026.
It was bunkered with an unspecified quantity of grey methanol in Rotterdam on 25 June, with the fuel supplied by Methanex and delivered to the vessel by Unibarge.
The vessel then sailed to the Port of Aarhus in Denmark for its naming ceremony, ahead of its deployment on the North Europe trade route.
The vessel is owned by German shipping firm Elbdeich Reederei and will be operated by DP World's Shipping Solutions arm.
