EGM has collaborated with the Norwegian shipbuilding firm LMG Marin France to build these tankers.

These vessels will be built at China’s Wuhu Shipyard's new facility in Weihai, and their deliveries will begin in the first half of 2026 and continue into 2027.

Each vessel will be equipped with a Man B&W dual-fuel engine that can run on both methanol and conventional marine fuel. These vessels will also have shore power connection and battery packs for better power management onboard. A wing sail system provided by the French marine tech firm AYRO will also be installed on each ship to enable wind-assisted propulsion.
