VLSFO spreads rallied today, particularly the front- to second-month Singapore contract, which has come up by as much as $4/mt. The price changes for Rotterdam’s equivalent spreads have been less pronounced.

Singapore’s front-month VLSFO crack has gone up by almost a $1/bbl, to $9.70/bbl, while Rotterdam’s is up just $0.20/bbl on the day.

Rotterdam HSFO crack traded last at ­$11.30/bbl, a $1.55/bbl drop on the day.
