Rotterdam’s HSFO barge crack surged to a daily highpoint of -$14.30/mt during the early trading session, but weakened again as we approached the UK close.
The East-West HSFO spread narrowed by $2/mt from yesterday’s settlement, to print $12.75/mt.
Chinese traders were again eager to sell Singapore’s HSFO contracts during the arbitrage window.
