Singapore and Rotterdam's October VLSFO cracks have weakened by $0.50/bbl each, to trade at $8.51/bbl and $1.95/bbl, respectively.
The East-West October HSFO spread traded in a wide $9/mt range and narrowed to hit an intraday low of -$33/mt today.
