FIS: Fuel Oil Daily Evening Report

Singapore and Rotterdam's October VLSFO cracks have weakened by $0.35/bbl each, to print $8.45/bbl and $1.35/bbl, respectively.

The East-West October HSFO spread traded flat today at -$17.50/bbl.
