FIS: Fuel Oil Daily Morning Report 21 Dec 2023

This morning, Singapore's January VLSFO crack has weakened by $0.30/bbl, to trade at $11.30/bbl.

Singapore's January-February and February-March VLSFO spreads have both narrowed by $0.50/mt today.
