FIS: Fuel Oil Daily Morning Report

Rotterdam and Singapore's HSFO and VLSFO cracks have been roughly flat with Friday’s levels.

Singapore’s April-May HSFO spread has widened this morning, while the port’s equivalent VLSFO spread has been trading flat.
