FIS: Fuel Oil Daily Morning Report

Singapore and Rotterdam’s VLSFO cracks have weakened this morning, trading last at $8.81/bbl and $1.56/bbl, respectively.

Meanwhile, Rotterdam's HSFO crack has gained by $0.20/bbl.
