FIS: Fuel Oil Daily Morning Report

VLSFO cracks in Rotterdam and Singapore have been fairly stable this morning.

Rotterdam’s July HSFO crack has declined by $0.35/bbl from Friday’s settlement, trading last at -$11.30/bbl.
