Gasum and Equinor extend LNG bunker supply agreement

The Finnish energy firm Gasum has extended its long-term LNG bunkering agreement with the Norwegian energy firm Equinor.

Under the contract, Gasum will continue to supply fossil LNG to Equinor’s chartered LNG dual-fuel fleet. The company has not specified how much LNG will be supplied or the tenure of the supply agreement.

Gasum’s bunker vessels, Coralius, Kairos and Coral Energy, will be used to carry out the bunker operations. The company will also provide additional support services, such as cooling down and gassing up, to Equinor as part of the agreement.
