GoodFuels supplied biofuel to vehicle carrier in Flushing

Dutch biofuel supplier GoodFuels delivered a biofuel blend to a vehicle carrier owned by Korean logistic firm Hyundai Glovis.

The vehicle carrier, Glovis Sunrise, was bunkered with 500 mt of waste-based biofuel in the Dutch port of Flushing on 28 December.  

The Glovis Sunrise ran a successful test voyage on the biofuel between Flushing and the Persian Gulf in the following month, GoodFuels says. It did not require any modifications to its engine or fuel storage systems.
