Green Fuels and Telfer Tanks to offer biofuels in Panama

UK-based biofuel production equipment manufacturer Green Fuels has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Panamanian storage provider Telfer Tanks to produce and distribute biodiesel and biofuels as bunkers and other transport fuels in Panama.

The duo intends to set up a joint venture company, Triton Green Fuels, that will import and operate a 50,000 litre/day biorefinery constructred at Green Fuels' engineering facility in the UK.

The companies also aim to set up at least one biodiesel plant next to Telfer’s fuel storage facility and terminal at the port of Colón.
