Hartmann takes delivery of third dual-fuel LEG carrier

German shipping company Hartmann has taken delivery of the final in a series of three 7,200-cbm capacity LNG dual-fuel liquid ethylene gas (LEG) carriers built by Chinese shipbuilder Nantong CIMC Sinopacific Offshore & Engineering (CIMC SOE).

The 7,200-cbm capacity LEG carrier, Gaschem Phoenix, will be able to run on LNG and conventional marine fuels.

The first vessel in the series, Gaschem Fuji, was delivered in April this year, followed by the delivery of the second vessel, Gaschem Alster, in July.
