All inbound vessel traffic and outer port limit (OPL) operations have been suspended today due to high winds, a spokesperson from the Gibraltar Port Authority told ENGINE.

The Gibraltar port authority has issued a strong wind warning in Gibraltar today as wind gusts in the 25-35 knots range are forecast in the port.
Vessels currently at anchorage are permitted to remain but may be required to vacate if conditions necessitate, the port authority added.
The weather is expected to improve later during the day, which will enable bunkering to resume, according to a port agent based in Gibraltar.
In nearby Ceuta, bunkering operations are proceeding normally today, despite the cloudy weather. There are four vessels due to arrive for bunkers in Ceuta today, down from seven yesterday, said shipping agent Jose Salama & Co.
