IndianOil (Mauritius) starts work on bunker storage facility

IndianOil (Mauritius), a subsidiary of Indian Oil Corporation, has inaugurated a new bunker fuel storage facility at MAP Land in Mer Rouge, Mauritius.

The facility, with a storage capacity of around 28,000 mt, is expected to strengthen the bunkering capabilities IndianOil (Mauritius) in the country. The company is investing $25 million in the project.

IndianOil (Mauritius) has not disclosed further details, including the project’s expected completion timeline.

The company, which began operations in Mauritius in 2004, currently supplies VLSFO and MGO at Port Louis.
