Keelung bunker barge returns to operation after repairs
CPC Corporation’s bunker barge Chung Yu No. 18 has resumed operations at Taiwan’s Keelung Port following repairs to an equipment failure that had kept the vessel out of service since late July.

The barge completed repairs and testing before returning to service, ending the temporary support provided by bunker barge New Taiwan Fuel.
Meanwhile, Chung Yu No. 19 is undergoing a major overhaul and is expected to return to service in February 2027.
Bunker fuel availability remains broadly stable across Taiwan. VLSFO and LSMGO can be delivered in around two days at Keelung, Taichung and Hualien, while lead times at Kaohsiung are about three days. Availability at all four ports is largely unchanged from last week.
