Lemissoler Navigation launches two methanol dual-fuel bulk carriers
Cyprus-based shipping company Lemissoler Navigation has launched two methanol dual-fuel bulk carriers at a shipyard in China.

The 65,000-dwt vessels will be capable of operating on both methanol and conventional marine fuels.
They are being built by Huangpu Wenchong, a subsidiary of China State Shipbuilding Group, in partnership with China Shipbuilding Trading. The vessels were designed by the Shanghai Ship Research and Design Institute under China State Shipbuilding Corporation.
The launch marks Huangpu Wenchong's entry into the construction of methanol dual-fuel bulk carriers.
The companies have not disclosed further details about the project, including the vessels' delivery schedule or their intended deployment.
