The 1,300 TEU vessel can operate on both methanol and conventional marine fuels and is the first of two such ships ordered from the shipyard.
After delivery, NCL Vestland will begin a long-term charter with Norwegian logistics company North Sea Container Line.
Managed by Wilhelmsen Ahrenkiel, the vessel will embark on its maiden voyage from China to Poland.
