Oceania Bunkering rolls out pipeline supply at three Mozambique ports

Mozambique-based bunker supplier Oceania Bunkering Mozambique (OBM) has introduced pipeline bunkering services at the ports of Beira, Nacala and Pemba.

OBM already supplies VLSFO, MGO and HSFO through ship-to-ship and shore-to-ship deliveries at Maputo, Beira, Nacala, Pemba and Quelimane.

The new pipeline service will provide an additional bunkering option for vessels calling at Beira, Nacala and Pemba.

The service aims to improve fuel availability and reduce bunkering delays at these ports “at a time when marine fuel availability remains a challenge”, OBM's head of bunkering Mphalhane Chone said.

OBM has also recently launched ship-to-ship bunkering operations at Beira Anchorage.
