“Amid the ongoing structural transitions and challenges within the global maritime sector, RSB, in close coordination with our strategic partners, remains fully operational,” RSB’s chief executive Abdi Ismail told ENGINE.

The supplier did not disclose why it had previously suspended VLSFO supply but confirmed that it now offers the grade alongside LSMGO at all ports in Djibouti and the Inner Anchorage.

"Despite current market difficulties, we are successfully maintaining the seamless availability of all core marine fuels, including Low Sulphur Gasoil (LSMGO)," Ismail added.

RSB has also recently expanded its fleet with the addition of bunker barge MT Redsea III to support its operations.

“The integration of this vessel significantly boosts our bunkering capacity, ensuring streamlined, efficient, and reliable stems for your [customers'] fleet,” the company said.

RSB currently operates exclusively in Djibouti’s waters, providing bunkering and marine lubricant services.
