Rough seas suspend inbound traffic in Durban

High swells in the Port of Durban area have suspended all inbound traffic, the Transnet National Port Authority said.

Swells of more than 2.5 metres are forecast in the port throughout the day and until Saturday afternoon,
The suspension of inbound traffic is expected to disrupt bunkering which usually takes place within port limits, a source told ENGINE.
