Zhoushan is currently witnessing normal weather conditions, but strong wind gusts of 21-28 knots and swells of more than a metre are forecast to hit the region in periods between Tuesday and Wednesday.
Adverse weather conditions could impact bunker supply in the port, and potentially cause prolonged delays, the source adds.
Bunker operations at Zhoushan’s Tiaozhoumen and Xiazhimen outer anchorages resumed on Saturday after being suspended for nearly two days due to bad weather.
