Bunker deliveries in Hong Kong have been suspended since yesterday due to Tropical Cyclone Toraji-induced bad weather, a source says.

The tropical cyclone passed approximately 150 km south of Hong Kong earlier today. As the storm weakened and moved away, the Hong Kong Observatory (HKO) downgraded its typhoon warning. Occasional showers and rough seas are expected for the remainder of the day.
The port is currently experiencing strong wind gusts of 21-34 knots and swells exceeding two meters.
The suspension is likely to stay in effect until further notice, a source added.
Bunker supply “may be affected” in the port due to the disruption, a supplier said. Currently, all fuel grades in Hong Kong require a lead time of around seven days.
