Zhoushan suppliers brace for upcoming bad weather

Bunkering operations in Zhoushan's anchorages may be suspended from tomorrow onwards due to rough weather conditions, a source says.

Zhoushan is currently witnessing normal weather conditions, but strong wind gusts of up to 30 knots and swells of more than a metre are forecast to hit the region in periods between 19-24 January.

Adverse weather conditions could impact bunker supply in the port, and potentially cause prolonged delays, the source adds.
